Are youu a ZINGYYY person... Here's my DDOMINO'S ZINGY PARCEL
STEPS
1) To make sauce, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Note- It can also be used as burger sauce and garlic bread dip.
2) To make paneer filling, heat butter/oil in the pan. Add garlic to it and cook it for a minute or until the raw smell has gone. Add remaining spices and cook for 2 minutes or until it separates oil; keep stirring. Then, add paneer and switch off the flame. Note- Always keep your paneer in a warm water for about 30 minutes before adding to any gravy.
3) In a large bowl, combine All-purpose flour, sugar, Instant yeast, salt and oil.
4) Gradually add water and start kneading. Dough will be sticky at this point.
5) Once all the water has been added, transfer the dough onto a work surface/platform and knead until it doesn’t stick to your hands anymore; let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
6) Knock out all the air from the dough. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions(around 40 gm each).
7) Roll out each portion into a thin disc. Dust All-purpose flour, if needed.
8) Fold the sides to make a triangle shape. Apply water and press it well.
9) Spread some sauce and add paneer cubes. To make parcel, seal the edges using little water to prevent it from opening up while baking.
10) Brush some water and bake in a pre-heated oven at 210 C for 15 minutes. I won’t recommend oil/butter.
11) Once done, brush it with oil/butter and sprinkle some Italian seasoning.
12) Serve hot.
